Problem with tasks assigned to users - DO AWO - Backoffice

In some exceptional cases, the customer requires a user external to a store/warehouse to confirm the tasks of a Distribution Order which does not "belong" to him. Not having access from the AWO terminal to that warehouse or to the tasks themselves, he proceeds to try to confirm the reception list from the backoffice and, in some occasions, he usually encounters the following error:

This usually happens because the DO was received by another user from AWO and the generated tasks are automatically assigned to him.

To solve this problem and to be able to confirm the tasks, simply check the following checkbox after pressing the "Confirm Reception List" button in the "Reception List" window:

This will cause all tasks in the reception list to be automatically assigned to the user in question and proceed to confirmation.
