"Final score.." performance pop up appears in AWO device

 

Problem:

"Final score.." performance pop up appears in AWO device

Environment details:

AWO device

Diagnosis:

A pop up with low performance result appears in just one device

Root cause:

Maybe some processes outside OB application of the device are slowing down the performance

Workaround if any:

Turn off the device

• Turn on the device
• Clean cache
• Load the application (the performance pop up should appear)
• The pop up with the final score message shouldn't appear

Solution:

The customer has suggested to close the ticket before checking the workaround
